We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Aveda Beauty Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized beauty experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand in the beauty industry and contribute to the success of our stores. As an Aveda Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on Aveda products and services
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Participating in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. As an Aveda Beauty Expert, you will have:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Experience styling with hot tools (desirable not essential)
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • While is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
