About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Support and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts
