Client Relationship Executive

Hybrid/Oxford

Commercial Services Group is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a strong customer-oriented approach and a proven track record in sales. This role entails nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, overseeing team operations, and coordinating resources to guarantee exceptional service delivery across a designated portfolio, aimed at maximizing revenue and growth potential.

Key responsibilities -

  • Lead and optimize the sales process within each account to enhance additional opportunities and support the organization's financial objectives
  • Deliver a comprehensive service to clients throughout their entire journey, ensuring a seamless account management experience
  • Oversee the coordination and management of the onboarding process for new accounts
  • Ensure that all customer sales inquiries and account management activities adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify, prepare, and submit proposals to capture sales opportunities and expand the range of services offered

Qualifications required -

  • Proven experience in driving growth through sales and achieving set performance indicators
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong telephone presence
  • Ability to perform under pressure, resolving issues promptly and prioritizing tasks to meet objectives
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to cultivate solid working relationships
