Exec Recruitment Solutions are currently working on behalf of a reputable Law firm based in West Oxfordshire.
Our client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executives to join their Wills, Trust & Probate team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Will writing or estate administration, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service.
The client are open to individuals seeking full time /part time work or have taken a career break and are thinking about returning to work. They are happy to offer training and flexible working hours, however the candidate will need to be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team in a fast-growing local firm.
What will the role involve?
- Drafting and advising on Wills, including complex Wills in our Wills team; or
- Managing a varied caseload of probate matters from start to finish in our probate team.
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
- Working closely with the team to support and grow the private client department.

Who are we looking for?
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client law.
- Proven experience in Will writing and/or estate administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
