We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial and contractual integrity of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all notices and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and evaluate applications, valuations, and maintain cost control and forecasting.
- Conduct Risk and Value Management to enhance project solutions.
- Oversee Contract Management and manage supply chain agreements.
- Ensure adherence to contracts and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Maintain accurate records and provide support during meetings.
- Offer contractual guidance and maintain awareness of construction contracts.
- Implement environmental and sustainability standards within projects.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong financial and commercial insight.
- Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Experience with office management systems, document control, and procurement processes.
- Solid understanding of legal, contractual, and construction principles.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
