**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and cook fresh, healthy meals daily
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records

  • Take full financial ownership of The Galley's budget
  • Oversee cost-effective food procurement and pricing strategies
