Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our fitout project in the Hull area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project team, including sub-contractors, to ensure that the project is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement a project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, meeting the client's requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including site reports, progress updates, and quality control documents.
  • Collaborate with the client to ensure that their needs are met and that the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on fitout projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and independence.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification.
