About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Hygiene Operative to join our client's team at Cranswick Poultry Prepared in Hull. As a key member of the NIGHTS team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain utensils and equipment to the highest standards
  • Ensure cleaning supply stocks are always available and well-organized
  • Remove open product from the immediate area or cover it before using cleaning chemicals
  • Clean equipment, including ovens, lines, and meat machines, following required work instructions and procedures
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Adhere to Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times
