Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our fitout project in the Hull area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of sub-contractors on site, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee the quality of work being carried out, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and quality control documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Lead on fitout projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification.
