Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sanitation team to ensure work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
  • Supervise the work of sanitation team leaders.
  • Ensure CIC documentation is up to date.
  • Review CIC every 6 months and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Maintain sanitation paperwork and paperless systems.
  • Ensure the correct cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment are available.
  • Coordinate all sanitation-related Corrective Action in response to audits and visits.
  • Identify key areas of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the team, ensuring appropriate development plans are in place.
  • Manage the budget to ensure all targets are achieved and any overspend is known and communicated in advance.
  • Find ways to save time and efficiency by utilizing staff resources to their full potential, as well as plant and machinery resources.
  • Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas and reduce waste costs where practicable and appropriate.
  • Deliver training of both new and established team members as per production, food safety, and technical protocols.

Shift is: 5 nights out of 7 in a week
