Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Debrief Admin to join our team at Job&Talent. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and developing our client's strategic relationship with their customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of customer services and debrief through the utilization of systems and query resolution.
- Proactively collaborate with the client to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer service and debrief processes.
Requirements
