About the Role :

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts while growing your client base. You will work closely with New Home Developers, managing their accounts and helping them achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and grow your client base through exceptional account management.
  • Meet with clients online or in person to strategize and help them achieve their goals.
  • Leverage data to coach and advise clients on how to improve their performance.
  • Win new clients through inbound, telesales, and outreach efforts.
  • Hit your targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with full training and support.

Requirements :

We are looking for a proven top performer with 3+ years of experience in a commercial sales role. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
