We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Lincoln Showroom team. This role is at the heart of our business, requiring a strong understanding of our products and the ability to guide customers to the best solutions for their needs.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both trade and retail customers
  • Assisting with product information and advice
  • Preparing quotes and invoices
  • Arranging delivery and aftersales customer care
  • Supporting showroom managers with presentation, marketing initiatives, and sales development

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent sales skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Reliability and self-motivation
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of email and Microsoft Office

Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in a showroom environment, is an advantage. Experience in bathroom, tile, or other interiors-related sales, as well as an interest in interior design or renovation, is also beneficial.
