We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Attendance and Intervention Specialist to join our Student Support Department at Elizabeth School of London.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Attendance Strategies: Design and implement effective attendance strategies to improve student engagement and retention rates.
- Monitor and Analyze Student Progress: Monitor and analyze student progress, identifying areas of improvement and developing targeted interventions to support students.
- Provide Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to students on course selection, academic progression, and attendance-related matters.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with partner universities, staff, and students to ensure accurate and efficient management of student data.
- Generate Reports and Insights: Generate precise and timely reports for senior management on student attendance, progression, and retention rates.
- Develop Guidance Materials and Training: Develop guidance materials, share best practices, and conduct regular training and process evaluations to enhance the skills of the Intervention Support and Student Support teams.
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Experience and Knowledge: Proven experience in customer service, attendance management, and student support. Highly developed oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize competing deadlines, and willingness to learn and develop.
