Your Role and Responsibilities

As a BIM Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting design teams by leveraging BIM tools and methodologies to optimize project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that BIM models align with project-specific criteria and uphold the firm’s high standards.
  • Monitoring the performance and quality of models.
  • Driving efficiencies in workflows.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM authoring software is essential, alongside expertise in Dynamo. Familiarity with ISO19650, experience in large-scale model development in Revit, and certification based on Revit examinations would be beneficial. An interest in computational design tools and their integration within a BIM framework is also a plus.
