As a Lead Architect in this practice, you will oversee the execution of large-scale residential initiatives from detailed design through to project completion. A solid technical foundation is essential, with experience in collaborating with building control and navigating planning conditions, as well as drafting specifications. Familiarity with exterior brick cladding systems and the capability to manage workloads effectively while meeting stringent deadlines are also critical.
In addition to your technical acumen, you should be adept at overseeing the daily operations of projects, mentoring a team of 4-6 individuals, coordinating with consultants and local authorities, and articulating design challenges clearly. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with experience in site attendance.
