Transformative Architectural Opportunities

At Architecture Social, we're seeking a visionary Senior Architect to spearhead transformative commercial and residential projects in Central London. As a seasoned professional, you'll lead high-profile schemes that push design boundaries and deliver lasting social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects through RIBA Stages 3-7, ensuring outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee detail design and construction documentation with a focus on precision, problem-solving, and compliance.
  • Apply National Space Standards (NSS) and the London Housing Design Guide (LHDG) to ensure projects meet regulatory and design requirements.
  • Utilise advanced Revit skills for day-to-day design and project coordination, ensuring high technical standards and design innovation.

Requirements:

  • UK Project Experience: A minimum of 10 years post-Part III experience, with recent involvement in major London-based projects.
  • Revit Proficiency: A strong command of Revit for design, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Full Lifecycle Knowledge: Expertise across RIBA Stages 3-7, with a proven track record in delivering complex schemes.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NSS, and LHDG.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Strong project management skills, capable of leading teams and taking the initiative on challenging projects.
