Are you an accomplished and driven Business Development Manager with a strong interest in technology? Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and engage potential clients and key decision-makers across targeted sectors. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and comprehensive online research.

Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively promote and sell software and services. Customize sales presentations to meet the specific needs of clients.

Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain robust client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.

Product Expertise:
Possess a thorough understanding of the software, products, and services offered.

Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and quotas. Develop actionable strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Customized Solutions:
Work collaboratively with clients to identify their unique requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Humanities, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience with a proven record in sales and business development, particularly in software, SaaS, or LIMS sales.

Strong understanding of the technology and services sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
