Technical Services Manager

Hexagon Group Property Recruitment is pleased to partner with a globally recognised property managing agent to recruit a Technical Services Manager to oversee the technical operations at a high-end property in Central London.
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to £75,000, bonus, various benefits, and numerous opportunities for career and personal development.
About the RoleAs the Technical Services Manager, you will work closely with the estate management team to manage the day-to-day operations of the estate, focusing on managing M&E technical services through effective maintenance contractor and specialist contractor management.
You will also be responsible for managing various projects related to lifecycle and energy/sustainability works, ensuring each project is efficiently handed over to the estate post completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage M&E technical services through effective maintenance contractor and specialist contractor management
- Oversee various projects related to lifecycle and energy/sustainability works
- Work closely with the estate management team to manage day-to-day operations
- Develop excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, broad Technical FM operations experience, experience auditing 3rd party suppliers, and experience working in high-end/landmark commercial properties.
Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
