Transformative Opportunity in Finance and Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Assurance Manager to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Finance and Trust functional assurance and compliance team, you will play a critical role in evolving and strengthening our Assurance framework for Finance and Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolving and enhancing the Assurance framework for Finance and Trust
  • Implementing and reporting on effective monitoring controls and procedures
  • Line management of three direct reports, including a graduate trainee
  • Embedding Assurance, Compliance, and Risk frameworks and objectives across Finance and Trust
  • Performing extensive second-line activity over the Trust arrangement
  • Supporting the Senior Assurance Manager to run the Funds Protection Forum
  • Ensuring the effective implementation, execution, and monitoring of National Lottery licence conditions
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification with audit and/or compliance, regulatory, and assurance background
  • Bright, highly analytical, and intellectually agile with ability to learn and manage complexity quickly
  • High level of integrity and independence with ability to partner with the business
  • Good commercial acumen and strategic mindset
  • Leadership experience and ability to operate with senior stakeholders
