Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of customer orders to meet sales revenue and profit targets
  • Coordinate with suppliers' delivery teams to ensure timely receipt of inbound stock
  • Monitor and manage deliveries of outbound stock to customers to achieve required service levels
  • Highlight delivery or account issues and work proactively to resolve with the wider Supply Chain team
  • Build and enhance relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Provide support to deliver target sales and develop strong working relationships with the Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate item, order, and sales data entry into our business central system
  • Propose actions and provide operational performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvements
Requirements
  • Experience in Supply Chain or a related field (not necessary, but a keen interest is essential)
  • Ability to deal with complexity and find solutions to increase efficiency in the Supply Chain
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
