Marketing Coordinator Role

About the Role

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing Team on a 3-month contract. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's efforts to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of tasks against deadlines.
  • Media Booking and Coordination
    • Organize media bookings for all marketing campaigns and divisional activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Workflow Management
    • Manage workflow and track amendments for all literature and advertising requests, collaborating with designers to deliver high-quality materials.
  • Competitor Analysis
    • Conduct regular competitor analysis, identifying significant changes and providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Coordinate reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Lead Allocation and CRM Management
    • Allocate website marketing leads and enquiries to the appropriate practice area, updating the marketing CRM system accordingly.
  • Event Support
    • Assist the Events Marketing Manager as required, supporting the organization and delivery of marketing events.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks
    • Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the GTM Marketing Leads, providing support to deliver against marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Marketing Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education
    • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
