National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium customer accounts, with a focus on maximizing sales value and margins.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve budgeted targets for Net Sales Value (NSV), Gross Profit (GP), and volume
- Identify margin growth opportunities and develop a plan for implementation
- Maintain up-to-date business reporting and customer records
- Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts within the account portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
- Manage time effectively to ensure clear communication with customers
- Prepare business proposals with the support of various internal functions
- Deliver innovative solutions to customer challenges and drive account retention
- Experience in the foodservice sector, ideally in education or healthcare
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written business English skills
- Structured selling skills and an ability to handle objections
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
