About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Dental Nurse. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists in a variety of NHS and private dental procedures, ensuring the highest standard of patient care and experience.
- Provide support and assistance to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their visit.
- Follow strict health and safety and infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accurately complete patient clinical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Participate in on-the-job training, online learning, and face-to-face training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Dedicated to starting a career in dental nursing.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month+ training program.
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and prioritize tasks.
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
