Job Overview

Rodericks Dental Partners is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through our team of dedicated professionals. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Dentists in various NHS and private dental procedures, ensuring patient care and experience are of the highest standard.
  • Work in a supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve practice success.
  • Follow health and safety, infection control procedures, and maintain clinical areas and equipment.
  • Accurately complete patient records and daily, weekly, and monthly logs.

Training and Development

Rodericks Dental Partners will support Trainee Nurses who have already signed up to or are working towards a Dental Nursing Qualification. For those who have not yet begun a course, we can assist in finding a course provider.

The National Diploma in Dental Nursing (level 3) Qualification will include on-the-job training, online learning, face-to-face training sessions, completion of a record of experience, and written and practical exams.

Requirements

  • Dedicated to starting a career in Dental Nursing.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month+ training programme.
  • Comfortable working in a clinical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Compassionate and excellent written communication skills.
  • IT skills and a team player.
