Dental Nurse Position

About the RoleAs a Qualified Dental Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering quality treatments. Your understanding of Private, NHS, and UDA treatments, combined with your knowledge of GDC and regulatory responsibilities, will be essential in setting the tone for our team's performance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, working with clinical freedom to provide the best possible solutions for each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Utilize your organizational and influencing skills to drive surgery efficiency and contribute to the practice's performance goals.
- Support the delivery of Private and NHS dentistry, offering treatment options to patients and driving surgery efficiency.
- Share your knowledge and expertise with Trainee/Apprentice Nurses, providing guidance and support during their induction and ongoing development.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of GDC and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care.
- Embrace ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental care and best practices.
