Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Synapri. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with local legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with business objectives and compliant with local legislation.
- Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Track and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR policy development, and training.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
