Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team at Platform Housing Group. As an advocate for colleague health and wellbeing, you will play a key role in delivering our Wellbeing Plan and shaping a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and employment law, including disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, absence management, and change management.
  • Coach line managers in resolving employee relations challenges and play a key role in HR projects and policy development.
  • Support organisational change, including restructures, and work with managers to improve employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working at a HR Advisor or HR Officer level in a generalist capacity.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions without close supervision.
  • Proven experience in the planning and delivery of TUPE would be beneficial.
