We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Synapri. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and update HR policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with local legislation.
- Work with the Rewards team, People Ops, and HR Business Partners to develop templates and guidance for HR policies.
- Collaborate with the L&D function to design and deliver manager training on HR processes, policy changes, and legislative updates.
- Provide advice and guidance to the business and HR teams on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and compliance.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, including policy development, self-serve documentation, and employee legislative advisory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop clear, concise policies and procedures.
