Job Description

At Axiom Software Solutions Limited, we are seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Agile delivery teams, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall user-centered design of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for our services, building dashboards and providing in-depth reports to communicate key metrics.
  • Track and measure customer behavior, using data to inform iterative service changes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate service performance insights and actionable stories to stakeholders and the team, informing user-centric design decisions.
  • Analyze data from web analytics tooling, such as Google Analytics, and validate the implementation of web analytics.
  • Identify additional data sources to measure performance and drive business insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Agile working closely with User Researchers, Content Designers, Interaction Designers, Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and others.
  • Ability to build team capability through role modeling, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with non-technical colleagues.
  • Expertise in digital performance analysis and the configuration and deployment of digital analytics solutions, such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL.
