Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality assurance visits, phone calls, and community events to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
- Provide care for clients as needed and manage any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and care professionals.
- Be available to work weekends as needed to support the business.
- Conduct client/care professional introductions and brief care professionals on client care plans.
- A competitive annual salary of £23,000 - £25,000.
- 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by a day per year after 2 years to a maximum of 25 days.
- An additional day's holiday on your birthday.
- Paid mileage between client locations.
