Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a room to provide a high-quality Montessori learning environment
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the nursery, also providing cover when she is off
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding regulations
  • Support nursery staff
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Contribute to planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification
  • GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
  • Must obtain a clear DBS

Working Hours:

  • Maybury Montessori is open between the hours of 08.00-18:00 Monday-Friday
  • Working hours will be 40 hours per week over 4 days
