**About the Role**

Brightsmith | B Corp is seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Advisor to lead our hydrogen and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our hydrogen business in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement commercial frameworks for green hydrogen projects, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Work on multiple projects, including joint venture structures, power and water supply agreements, hydrogen distribution, hydrogen sales, and purchase agreements.
  • Integrate government subsidy agreements and structure, draft, and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
  • Stay up-to-date with UK hydrogen business model politics and ensure our commercial strategies are informed by this knowledge.
  • Support bid applications for hydrogen allocation rounds and identify project opportunities.
  • Travel to customer sites and work collaboratively with our wider teams.

**Requirements**

  • Commercial contract experience, with a focus on drafting and negotiating key agreements.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and experience managing relationships in joint venture environments.
  • Technical or engineering background or education, with a strong understanding of hydrogen business models.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
