This role involves facilitating essential commercial discussions and fostering client relationships, necessitating a solid technical foundation to comprehend project intricacies. Key Responsibilities - Hydrogen Project Consultant

  • Assist in the formulation of commercial frameworks for sustainable hydrogen initiatives.
  • Engage in various projects encompassing joint venture arrangements, energy supply contracts, hydrogen distribution, and sales agreements.
  • Incorporate government funding agreements into project planning.
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial terms and conditions effectively.
  • Navigate the political landscape surrounding the UK hydrogen business model.
  • Support proposals for hydrogen allocation rounds.
  • Identify and evaluate project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams and travel to client locations as necessary.

Qualifications - Hydrogen Business Development Advisor

  • Experience in commercial contract management.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating significant agreements.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships in joint venture contexts.
  • Technical or engineering background is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.
