Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Nuvia. As a key member of our Transport Container team, you will be responsible for deploying your expertise and techniques across the entire life-cycle of engineering consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning
    • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
    • Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Project Execution
    • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
    • Provide regular project updates and progress reports.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Education
