Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our People Services team at Grant Thornton UK LLP. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of administrators, ensuring high-quality and efficient administration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of administrators, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to enhance the Grant Thornton people experience.
  • Drive quality and productivity to meet service level agreements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure adequate team resourcing based on workload and payroll deadlines.
  • Conduct quality monitoring to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Team Leader in a customer service and administration environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to build rapport and trust at all levels.
  • Experience in managing, leading, and motivating teams.
  • Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
