Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering next-level performance for our clients.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a talented individual to own data automation, integration, advanced analytics, modeling, and visualization that optimizes client performance. You will be the go-to expert in digital marketing and customer analytics techniques, as well as the practical application for business benefit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytics and modeling capabilities to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process automation through scripting and parameterization.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members while serving as the main point of contact for client communication.
  • Interface with various business functions, requiring significant work in a virtual team environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced data handling and statistical analysis skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and ETL tools such as Microsoft Data Factory or Alteryx.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentation narratives.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience in digital marketing or customer analytics environments.
  • Degree-level education in mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or a related field.

Desirable Skills

  • Relevant business and/or technical certifications.
  • Experience with machine learning and AI application in business environments.
  • People supervision or management experience.
  • Working across multiple clients/projects at any time.
