We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administration Apprentice to join our Commercial Team at United Living Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial operations, ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team, including answering queries, managing databases, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the preparation of subcontract and supplier orders, as well as client applications for payment.
- Manage project databases to ensure accurate recording of documents and reports.
- Prepare for and attend regular departmental meetings, taking minutes and action points as required.
- Assist with general office duties and daily commercial tasks, including data entry and filing.
- 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C/4-9, including English and Maths.
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to our company values and a willingness to learn and develop.
- A comprehensive training program, including a nationally recognized Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
