About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administration Apprentice to join our Commercial Team at United Living Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team, including answering queries, managing databases, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of subcontract and supplier orders, client applications for payment, and other commercial documents.
  • Support the team with general office duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Control team to manage cash receipts and ensure timely payment.
  • Participate in regular departmental meetings and contribute to the development of commercial strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C/4-9, including English and Maths.
  • Good IT skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to learning and developing skills in business administration.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
