About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our service users, managing care plans, and assisting with personal and intimate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Manage care plans and ensure that service users receive the best possible care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and communication
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
Requirements
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve this qualification
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to service users
