We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care Careers. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to adults in the community, helping them to meet their needs and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and reviews to identify the needs of adults and older people
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of service users
- Manage a caseload of adults and older people, providing support and guidance as needed
- Carry out report writing and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work flexibly
- Member of the PVG scheme
