Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Practitioner to join our team at The Bay Medical Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Manage and coordinate patient care, including referrals, prescriptions, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.
- Take on delegated responsibilities for specific areas of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF).
- Attend and contribute to practice meetings, contributing to the development and maintenance of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with the appraisal process and prepare for revalidation.
- Support the training of medical students and contribute to the development of the practice team.
- Work collaboratively with partners to achieve the strategic aims of the practice.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical skills and experience in family medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
