SKILLFRAME is seeking a skilled Technical Estimator to join our team. As a Technical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating and issuing remedial quotations within our business SLA.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer looking to move into a role off the tools or someone with proven experience in HVAC estimating. You will be responsible for a large portfolio of clients, reviewing and translating engineer reports to create new quotes, using costing sheets to build quotations accurately, researching material and equipment costs, assessing the levels of risk on job, liaising with engineers to ensure quotes are prepared accurately, and issuing quotations directly to the client within business SLA working days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and translate engineer reports to create new quotes
  • Use costing sheets to build quotations accurately
  • Research material and equipment costs
  • Assess the levels of risk on job
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure quotes are prepared accurately
  • Issue quotations directly to the client within business SLA working days

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use a computer and main software packages competently. You will be thorough and pay attention to detail at all times, have analytical thinking skills, a proactive nature, and a sense of urgency at all times. You will also have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and ensure a consistent high level of customer service.
