This is a permanent vacancy for part-time with a 17.5 hours contract and we also have full-time vacancies.

As a ChildLine Practitioner, you will play a vital role in empowering the public to protect children, providing emotional support, practical guidance, and help to anyone who thinks a child may be at risk of abuse.

With empathy, sensitivity, and common sense, you will provide advice and assistance to the public via telephone, email, text, and through social media.

You will take ownership of each contact you make, assessing the risk and liaising with NSPCC's external child protection partners to ensure prompt and effective action is taken to minimise the risk to any child.

Key Responsibilities
