About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at We Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of security and belonging.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and possess a positive attitude, with a kind and caring approach to working with vulnerable adults.
