We are seeking an enthusiastic and supportive 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant to work at an OFSTED-rated 'Outstanding' school in Barnet. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help children with SEND and make a positive impact on their educational journey.

About the Role:
  • Earn up to £105 a day (including holiday pay) as a 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant, paid weekly via PAYE.
  • Receive full safeguarding training before undertaking the role.
  • Support children across a range of abilities with their class work, implementing skills and strategies developed in the classroom.
  • Lead 1:1 sessions with children outside of the classroom, and assist their learning further in the classroom, developing your own teaching skills.
  • Become a friendly face for children to see around school, not just your assigned students.
About You:
  • A First-Class Degree from a Top UK University.
  • Child-Centred Experience would be advantageous.
