Telesales Executive Opportunity

This is a remote position with a dynamic B2B sales and marketing consultancy. We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and contribute to our success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment, and have excellent communication skills. They will also have previous experience with B2B sales and the ability to identify and target companies and key personnel.

Requirements
  • 5 years telemarketing experience minimum
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential
  • Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team
  • People person
  • Good communicator

Benefits

The salary is starting from £28,300 with uncapped comms circa £10k. The Commission is paid per appointment set. There is also a short probation period of 12 weeks with a check-in at 4 weeks to make sure the candidate is on track.

Fully remote in the UK or Ireland. Office hours are 8.45am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday. 8.45am - 4pm on a Friday with an early finish of 1pm if target is achieved.
