ROLE: Order Processor / Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor / Administrator to join our team at Eurocell plc. As an Order Processor / Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and estimating orders, providing high-quality customer service and support, and working closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Prepare quotes and process orders in a timely manner
- Accurately interpret customer requests and communicate effectively
- Record data, feedback, and customer needs accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an estimating / processing role or customer service role in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve technical issues and think critically
- IT literacy and experience with SAP, First Degree, and BM touch (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
