Business Intelligence Analyst - Power BI

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Lorien, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions. This role will be responsible for developing end-to-end analytics solutions that support our Technology Change portfolio analysis and decision-making processes.

This is a 6-month contract, working 1-2 days a week in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions for Technology Change portfolio analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure analytics solutions meet their needs.
  • Develop data pipelines and analytical models that provide deep insights into program and change performance.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage tools like Smartsheets and PPM tools (OpenText, Planisware) to build advanced analytics solutions.
  • Continuously improve existing solutions by staying updated with the latest developments in analytics technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building and developing Power BI dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing end-to-end analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience with PPM tools such as OpenText and Planisware.
  • Experience in using Smartsheets for project management and data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data pipeline development.
