Lean Deployment Strategist

GKN Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Lean Deployment Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a central role in driving the deployment of our Lean Excellence Model across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the Lean Operating Model (LOM) across your assigned area.
- Coach and influence Group Leaders and Team Leaders to ensure rigorous and faithful deployment of the Lean Excellence Model.
- Drive significant improvement in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash, and Cost (PSQDCC) targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments.
- Develop deep Lean expertise across your site, ensuring self-sufficiency in running the Lean Operating Model.
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years' of lean deployment/leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- 3+ years of MS Excel experience, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Strong experience utilizing and implementing daily management.
- Lean Thinking and Lean Leadership expertise.
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor highly skilled and experienced team members.
